It's a Shame from a Excellent Start but an End so Lame ...

As I and my wife begins to age and also have had numerous operations and are suffering from several chronic medical conditions we had finally decided to contact Healthcare and Mobility Africa in order to come and see us and in consideration that Products that they advertise will enhance our lives. The representative of the company actually excelled in the presentation. He spent a full eight (08) hours here with us and we end up buying six (06) products from the company. Obtaining Great Deals. But.... It serves to be mention that by the buying of Product No. 4 There was a hesitation of us taking the product due to that it wasn't the product we in principle wanted to have. The representative demonstrated it to us in the Patio whilst the product is used in the bathroom. We speak about the Aquachair Bought for R23200.00. He persuaded us to take the product. We wanted the Aqualift as advertised on t.v He said that the Aqualift won't fit in our bathroom due to the layout [structure] of our bath. Now we have the product, which we are extremely unhappy with, can't and haven't even used it ... And the team players from the Representative to Personnel at Head office are Ducking and Diving... To reimburse our money , that they are now *******ly withholding.

You are suppose to be professional before, during and after the Presentation/ Sale and After Sale ! You are suppose promote healthcare and mobility, not to destroy it through your attitude.
