If you are looking for a comfy bed this is not it!

I have to say this company is very *********. They give you a discount that only lasts while the sales rep vists you. This should be your warning sign. I will give them credit for a well built bed however, the mattress is appalling. I cannot see how this can be conducive to help medical conditions as it exacerbates my hip problems. In addition when I phoned to ask for help (3 times) about the mattress. I was totally ignored. I can see why they rate themselves so highly on service, quality etc as they just ignore the complaints coming in.
