Healthcare and Mobility Africa Poor service
I have sent a mail to Health& Mobility on the 21 March 2022 with reguards to a sale of bed on false pretext, I been checking hellopeter and i am not the only customer that has a problem with thier product , We together need to alert the press on thier poor service, i suggust we form a group and contact Cartblanch / Devi on E tv

It is unfortunate that you have chosen to place your statement on this platform and accuse the company of selling the bed under false pretext when the facts, which you have chosen to ignore, do not support your accusation. As per the communication received by our company, your main complaint is that the mattresses are too firm and not as soft as the mattress you tested. The mattress tested was our standard specification mattress and the one supp**** is actually a softer specification than one tested and the one which we supply to clients from 50kg's to 89'kg's, which you both fall within. We have four different mattress specifications that we use depending on the clients weights.
We take every customers complaint seriously and investigate the matter thoroughly before replying and we do apologize for any delay in responding that this may have caused, however this was also explained to you telephonically by our Customer Care department. Exchanging the mattress to the specification mattress you tested as you are demanding, will result in providing you with a mattress that is firmer than the one you currently have. As with any new mattress, it may feel firmer in the beginning - especially compared to your current bed which has been utilized for some time - and will soften as one utilizes the bed.
