Good product, slow productivity
Very good product, productivity just took way too long.

Thank you for both the positive comments and constructive criticism which we will work very hard to remedy.
Unfortunately, these circumstances were caused by global shipping issues which resulted in an unprecedented delay which was out of our control. We placed our order for the recliner chassis from our factory in April 2021 and it was shipped on 26 August 2021 with an estimated arrival date of 11 October 2021 (6 weeks after departure). Due to shipping shortages and multiple reroutes, it only arrived in South Africa 5 months after departure on 21 January 2022. This also led to a backlog of over 3 months of orders and our manufacturing team worked tirelessly to fulfill the orders as quickly as possibly, however, there were the inevitable and regrettable delays.
We once again apologies for the delay, however we are pleased you are enjoying your Willowbrook Riser Recliner.
