Excellent Service and Product

First of all, i was surprised that they came and did a demo for my grandmother in a rural area in KZN after just one conversation with a salesperson in Cape Town! When she got her new bed, she knew exactly what she was getting, and the sales person understood exactly the kind of bed and its features she needed to relieve her hip and shoulder problems which led me to looking for an adjustable bed. She was constantly in bed with joint pains, but now just 2 weeks since receiving her bed, she's out and about again! She's 93 years old and says she feels young again!!

Excellent and superior service, i was kept in the loop on the progress of the readiness of the bed, their shipping ETA etc. When i was behind on payment they were very understanding and very patient with me. My gran calls it her 'sleeping cloud'. I'm grateful i have my active gran back!
