EMPTY RETURNING CALL PROMISES
The product is great, but the salespeople not!
I've been trying for almost 2 months for them (including the rep in Bloemfontein) to phone me and answer my request regarding other products. They keep on promising to phone, a lady did phone but on a very unconvinied time on a late Friday afternoon so I've asked (actually begged) her to phone the next working day (which was Monday) again but I'm still waiting. I've called the Bloemfontein rep (after several time which he were busy and did empty promises by telling me he will phone me early the next morning), but this time he was on leave and will phone the next week when he's back from holiday. ALSO NEVER HAPPENED.
