I would suggest getting all in writing prior to purchasing from this company.

The sales manager only works on email and does not take or make calls when problem occur. Very sad for elderly people who are not computer literate.

Note they take 10% off the deposit if you cancel after 7 days. Just letting you know as it is not in their terms and conditions and not mentioned. Very dissapointing and uncompassionate experience.
