Bath lifr
They sold me a bathlifr to small for my bath..the end is on the prop and the water ran out as soon as I get on the seat. When they gave a demo they did .not looked thatķ

Thank you for your comment and we are sorry you feel that way. Our home demonstrations are there to ensure that our customers can safely use the recommended solution and to ensure that the customer feels it is a suitable solution. Due to your bath being freestanding , the size of the bath and the location of your taps, the solution we provided was the only one that would be able to work and we don't believe there is a comparative and smaller solution that any company would be able to provide to you. You also dry tested the lift in your bath when delivery took place and you were satisfied that it was suitable. Your bath has a pop up plug and if one of the lifts suction feet is placed on it, it could cause the plug to pop up which we can understand would be frustrating. However, having a look at the photos of the lift in your bath, this can be avoided by simply moving the lift forward by as little as 3cm. This slight change in position of the lift will help achieve what and why you initially enquired about our bath lifts, to be able to get in and out of the bath safely.
You can be assured of our attention to your concern and we feel the suggestion above will remedy the problem with the plug of your bath.
