Adjust4Sleep - Don't get caught!

Hey All, In short - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - We purchased a bed from these clown paid R75k have slept on it for just over a year and ALL the rubbers holding the slats to the frame have broken on both sides (barring 4). I called in to report the failure and after lots of arguments they offered to supply the rubbers free of charge but required a R650 'call-out' fee for the 'technician' which I agreed to pay, however as soon as I mentioned we had immigrated and hence the technician could not visit (still offered to pay the R650) the story changed! Now suddenly the offer was off the table and they want me to pay R75 per rubber, this would equate to over R3000!! At this point requested to speak to the management and again was shunted around, eventually the Operations Manager send a pathetic email, hiding behind the apparent warranty period. They have no idea how to treat customers or attempting to find solutions to keep customers. What a disgrace.
