Unprofessional medical reception

Never come across such rude and *********** reception staff at a medical practice. From having the phone put down in your ear , to watching them play around shooting elastics or chasing each other. Then my appointment gets made on the wrong day! Brilliant doctor, DR Kruger at Cresta, but the support staff is a disgrace!
