Unprofessional GP's

I am sitting inside health worx now , my appointment was set for 11:15 i am still waiting .( 2 hrs later ) Very bad service and very unprofessional i paid extra to be able to come in on a public holiday and they can't even manage their time ... i wouldn't want anyone to ever visit helathworx ... especially if they have a medical emergency like i have today .
