Unprofessional and unfriendly administration service

Unfriendly, unprofessional people at a place tgat needs to be friendly and helpful. It all about money and nothing about the person. If we had to pay for Ivermectin in cash why did they charge us for that to pay as we leave and send a bill to 2 email addresses and 1 sms that we are in arrears, causing me to pay them as it sounds urgent that R303.60 is going to be an issue just to find out that my daughter made the payment on the same day she collected the Ivermectin from the doctor's rooms and yet 2 months later they demand the R303.60 again from me. They are pathetic, and unmanered and unprofessional. I am not at all referring to the medical professionals but to the admin workers. Why do we have to pay at dispensary if an invoice is to be sent?
