These Doctors Only Care About Lining Their Pockets

I recently consulted with a doctor at this centre. I was given medication, however after two weeks I still felt under the weather.<br> <br> I subsequently called the centre to speak to the doctor, however she was unavailable so I requested the doctor to call me back to discuss further. I subsequently received a text message a couple of hours later instructing me to collect a scrip at the centre.<br> <br> I paid for the script (R90-10) and proceeded to Dischem to purchase medication. After waiting an entire hour in the queue, the pharmacist handed over a box containing antihistamine tables (which costs R60-00) and told me that I could have purchased the tablets over the counter as the prescribed antihistamine tablets are considered to be stage 2.<br> <br> I escalated this to the Managing Director at HEALth-WorX who responded and informed me that the Operations Manager would look into it and revert back to me. It doesn't surprise me that no one bothered to get back to me.<br> <br> I am extremely appalled by their businesses practices. One would think that the HEALth-WorX Centres are there to assist their patients, however it is clearly not the case.<br> <br> I urge you not to waste your time and money at these centres!
