Their Drs are greedy and sly. DR Little is rude and pushy. Healthworx cant get their admin or ICD-10 CODES correct.

They don't bill you correctly, or they forget they've billed you already in the past and get ****y for you to pay anyway. Their drs dont do general checkups, they do what they want in 5 mins to quickly pass you along to get more money from the next patient. You have to do their admin for them as they dont know which ICD-10 codes are which but bill you anyway. They dont advise which procedures are covered by your medical aid regardless of the fact that they are a Designated Service Provider TO YOUR MEDICAL AID to which they send you the bill in any case with threats of lawyers because they dont know what they are doing. 1 year later they still havent sorted it out because they would rather you just pay them than them actually taking care and working dilligently. Their dr little LOVES her covid tests so make sure you dont go in for a normal cold or she will say you have covid without even doing a general checkup on you - straight to covid for her good stats. Then she'll make you take a d-dimer test which your medical scheme does not cover and you will have to just deal with it and pay.

Have reported to HCPSA.

As long as they get you to pay they dont care about your details as a patient.
