Solves half my problems, rude staff drops call on me

Some one called me on the 11 Jan 2024 at around 09:50, I couldn't hear her name and I mentioned that I cannot hear her, she proceeded to tell me about my blood results, i struggled to hear and had her repeat until i could figure out what she was trying to say. I'm not certain of a way forward I asked her if the Doctor would call me and she said no, confused, I stated that my visit then is inconclusive, based on what I was told from the Doctor, how do i move forward, she said that I would have to book a new appointment with the Doctor? not understanding what is going on, she called me to fix half my problem what about the other half? still battling to hear, I said that I was not happy and that I was going to lodge a complaint, she dropped the call in my ear.
