Service at healthworx Carlswald

Very dissatisfied with the service received at Health worx Carlswald. I was asked to come and have my toddler ears cleaned. I found 4 nurses sitting and it took them over half an hour to attend to my sick toddler who was becoming restless. Finally one of them decided to come and tried to clean without making any effort, she gave up and said she couldn't do it, she has called the doctor and he was coming to assist; another 30 minutes passed by without being told what was going on or being attended to. I decided to walk away. The heartbreaking part is that those nurses were sitting the whole time without a patient but would not bother speaking to us or even attending to us. I would never go back there and wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. I sent a message to submit my complain directly to them, I have never receieved a feedback.
