RUDE STAFF

Called to make an appointment for tomorrow the lady that answered the phone was flat out RUDE!!! She couldn't find me on the system so she spoke to me as if it was my fault. That is no way to speak to a person let alone a client!!!! FIX YOUR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
