Poot reception practise

We have been with Valleyview branch for quite a long time. Doctors are excellent but had a horrible experience with the receptionist. My mother fell ill and we took here to the branch arriving at 13:15. Asking to see a doctor we were told there are non avaialble. Stating that its urgent and we would like to have her checked out we were told to look for another doctor. We went there as the closing time is 14:00. We have been using them for quite some time and have had to use them after hrs as well which went great. This was not a great experience and will be following the receptionist’s advice finding another doctor that can assist
