Poor service

Yesterday I took my 15 year old to get a covid vaccine. CENTURION MALL.My 12 year old want to use a toilet. I went inside and ask if she can just use a tiolet. The receptions answe,r but then I need to check her in.!!! So now my questions is, if it is so hard work to check a child in just to use a tiolet for a patien that being with health works 15 years, ISN,T IT TO HARD WORK TO HELP IN MEDICAL NEED.!!!! I do believe it will also be to hard work to give me medical attention. Or to claim FORM THE MEDICAL AID. I will never take any of my love once back to that place. IT IS CLEAR THAT IS IS TO HARD WORK FOR HEALTH WORX CENTURION TO HANDLE.
