Poor customer services

I show Dr. Kruger last week Thursday. He told me if I don't feel beter. I can phone him to prescribe other medicine for me. The reception don't want to put my call through. They told me I must send an email.

I send an email and phone them back to find out if they received my email. They lady that is operate the e-mails. I ask to call me back to confirm if they received the email. I still waiting for the call.

I drive alot with my work. If i make an accident? Who is going to be blame for the accident?

Where is the Code of service? The only one I see is no Services toward patient
