Patient service

On numerous occasions I’ve had to wait for service at the Carlswald, Midrand Centre.

Appears that appointments are overbooked at 15 minute intervals.

When I arrive I have to wait between 30-45 minutes to see a doctor various reasons: system is not working, Dr has emergencies etc.

Polite and respectful thing to do is to message your Patient and advise accordingly if a Dr running is late instead of having to wait for 30-45 minute
