Overclaim and refuse to send proof of payments

<p>I visited Health-Worx (Dental) (Dr Byleveldt) on 08/02/2017 to which they required a R180-00 deposit to be paid (to which they put proof of payment in my file) on 28/02/2017 I went back to which they "overclaimed" om my account, from 03/03/2017 I've been requesting proof of payment for "deposit" amount as the called it with NO JOY WHATSOVER, only automatic reply indicating that the will reply within 24 hours - this is now more than 3 months later - NO REPLY - I will defenitialy not GO BACK to HEALTH-WORX MONTANA, I require for my R180-00 deposit paid 08/02/2017 under J.F. Venter to be paid back to myself and my account be closed, any help in accomplishing this will be much appreciated!!</p>
