No service Oakfield Health worx

I wenr to the Healthworx, Oakfielda yesterday and would like to express by disappointment with the service level from their Manager . I had an adverse reaction to the medication that was given to me, so i called them at 8:03am today ans was told that the Dr and nurse that attended to me yesterday were not in - so i asked to speak to Tracy - i was told she was busy with a Dr and would call me back in five minutes. An hour later i called again and she waa still unavaiable. Left another measage - more than 2 hours later and still no call - all i need it to know what tablet was given me to yesterday, so that if i dont feel better, i can go to another doctor told
