MONEY WASTED ON USELESS ERVICE AT HEALth-Works Rslouw

i had the most unhelpful experience at the Raslouw branch. 1. I had to wait 45 minutes without ANY excuse or prior telephonic notice that the Dr is running late. As a professional my time also equals income. 2. I specifically went to this branch as I previously had excellent service when Sr Impey and Raheeza were in charge to obtain permission from Discovery medical Aid for a FERINJECT DRIP. 3. Great was my disillusionment with the POOR service from SR Amanda Jamy Wangra. 3.1 I battled for close to a month to get permission. NO SUCCESS . 3.2 She coopted a SPAR pharmacy to obtain permission. 3.2 The little feedback that was forth coming was slow. Till today I have not received answers to some of my requests on e.g. who to contact at Discovery Medical Aid. Additional unnecessary blood tests were requested based on the Pharmacists recommendation. 4. I THEN CONSULTED WITH A COMPETENT GENERAL PRACTITIONER AT A ONEMAN PRACTICE. 4.1 WITHIN ONEDAY I HAD APPROVAL FROM DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID.
