Melanie at carlswald -incompotent!!

<p>On the 13th of july i had to visit the carlswald healthworx again for a 2nd consultation due to the incorrect treatmemt received by dr ross. I said to them that i will be paying cash for the consulation, only to find that an amount was claimed off my medical aid! How can you claim on someones medical aid without their permission?? This is *****!! When i asked Melanie at the pay desk to reverse the amount, she said "it should be done" . I asked again after paying to make sure the amount was reversed and she said "it should be done" . But to my surprise it was not! So i had to call back yet again to have it reversed. This is not the first time she has made this mistake, it happened to my husband in the past also. This branch is just an inconvinience and they dont care of anything! Absolutely pathethic healthcare practice iv ever been to!</p>
