*********** staff and bad attitude

I visited the Health worx centre in Boksburg after my daughter broke her arm, it took 4 hours before she was seened to after all that referred to a hospital as they could not help. I than waited an hour for a referral letter got my daughter and went to front desk and told the 2 ladies to take payment from my medical aid savings. After a few weeks recieved sms demanding payment, now frustrated called them explained, all apologetic was assured not to worry they will take it from medical aid savings and no need to pay in person, a few weeks after that i recieved another sms this time from lawyers acting on behalf of Health worxs called them again and she could not explain why it was not taken from medical aid saving which had over R6000, i than paid by eft faxed them proof and asked them tear to up my file as i will never visit them again.<br> This was the second time i had issues with Health worx the first time i paid my bill on card before leaving and a day later they charged my medical aid it took 4 weeks before the second charge was reversed<br> <br> Pathetic, what i'ved learned is when u sick you only will get more sick when you visit Health worx Boksburg, you'd be better off visiting Bara
