I don't recommend Health Worx Valley view

I am a patient at Health Worx in Valley view.. Their reception areas and service are average, but when it comes to their accounts department it's a nightmare. Rude staff, treating you like dirt. And not just one, but all of them. I've visited my GP approximately 5 months ago with a terrible flue I had. My medical aid paid for the appointment, but I keep on getting messages saying I need to settle a x amount. As furious as what I was, I phoned and not one lady but all of them were so rude. And up to this day I keep on getting messages. Really this frustrates me that a healthcare institution like health worx does that. Please people I won't even recommend them. They're a bunch a louzy pathetic staff. Another health care provider will treat you better, and with môre respect.
