please save yourself time and do not bother to seek treatment from Health-worx Oakfields Benoni. After being told to make an appointment on saturday 18th January for 11:45 and asked to be there at 11:30 to complete paperwork I was kept waiting for nearly an hour to see the doctor. When enquiring why the wait - the receptionist rep**** the doctors were running late. But in spite of this kept booking appointments in the period where previous patients were still waiting. i advised that i had been exposed to COVID positive patients and H1N1 patients - I was then asked to wait for the dithereing sister who took a further 20 + minutes to attend to me. an extremely vague faint positive line on the covid test, NO blood test for Influenza A or B . The doctor who finally attended to me dismissed all my requests and suggestions regarding the medication i know works best for my body. doctor said if i was still sick on monday to call back and she would prescribe further medication. I duly did - she refused to provide more medication and told me to wait till wednesday - I called back again and once again once refused any assistance and was told to come in to their office so that I could spend further time in public waiting endlessly on them to provide me with some level of care. Hippocratic oath my @$$ it would appear they are out to do as much harm as possible. Useless *********** dithering staff who have nothing better to do than lord their medical degrees over the infirm
