HEALTHWORX MIDRAND NEGLIGENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Went for a full body check up on the 19th of December. Has to call the medical center on Sunday to follow up for results that were supposed to be communicated to me on the 20th as promised by the doctor. I was told by the receptionist the the doctor is doing her admin at 12 “SO MAKE SURE” you don’t miss that call.

I get a call in the 24th thinking it’s the doctor to give update on my results. Lo and behold it’s the lady who took my bloods (Gwen if I remember). Calling to tell me they somehow lost one of the tubes for my bloods, I asked that woman how certain is she that the bloods they got results for are even mine, how negligent is that?!

A full body check up including bloods is ridiculously expensive and I did the tests at that time because I knew I had funds left at the end of the year for such. I’m so frustrated and disgusted by the negligent service I got from this medical center.

It’s the 28th of December, both me and my sister who went for our full body check up are still waiting for results for tests that were conducted on the 19th of December.

Disgusting and unprofessional does not even come close to the service we got from Midrand Healthworx!!!
