If no stars was an option. It would be that. I had a sinus infection, was prescribed antibiotics and a neurobion injection. A negligent nurse who didn't read the chart or too lazy to follow process and even check my health status decided to give me the FLU vaccine instead! Yes, give someone with sinuses the flu vaccine! I can't get the incident report and 5 courses of antibiotics, cortisones, nasal sprays, nebulizers, drips, injections, cough mixtures, x-rays and blood tests later... I am still not well. about 25% of my MSA has been depleted in 6 days and I cannot get the incident report. The facility has no processes, communication skills are shocking, the way of working or sense of urgency is lacking and a very clear racial bias can be seen. Surprising all the bills were submitted on time. Something that could have been fatal has me running after them to figure out what is wrong or what has happened. It should be the other way around right? Lives matter.
