Health Worx MONTANA!!!

After trying to sort out an account from May 2018 the manager told me the account has been sorted out and was a mistake from my medical aid. I went February again to see my DR. In July when I got there they told me there is an outstanding amount on my account of R470 and to see my dr, I first have to pay. I did cancelled my appointment and went to a dr that wanted to assist me. Today once again I received an account stating that there is an outstanding balance on my account from May 2018 and my appointment from Feb 2019. We are in July almost August and this is the first invoice I get to say that my medical once again did not pay in february! It took them 5months to send this invoice. Health worx MONTANA I will never go there again. You guys have empty promises lying to me and telling me that my account was sorted out just to receive a bill 5 months later!!
