Harassment ny Healthworx accounts department

On 18 November 2024 I visited Healthworx in Lynnwood, and they submitted a claim to my Medical Aid. My Medical Aid paid the claim, and that was the end. Subsequently from around January 2026, I have been receiving emails containing the statement for my November 2024 visit from them, and everytime I have rep**** with the Medical Aid Statement showing that the amount was paid. I even put Healthworx in contact with my Medical Aid, who has told them from where the proof of payment can be downloaded. Despite this, I still receive an email and statement almost monthly and every time I send the Medical Aid Statement. This is getting ridiculous now and they refuse to look into the payment.
