Extremely poor service provider Healthworks montana

What a terrible experience with health worx montana.On the 9 July 2021 ,I've rushed to to facilty 16h10 with my disabled suster having her 3rd epilepsy fit after been hold up at the door with my suster in a broken wheel chair busy having her 3rd epilepsy we were hold back to complete their covid screening form from there we rushed to the reception for urgent help .The receptionist call the doctor on the premises of health worx which refused to see anymore patients and we had to rush to another ER Facilty for urgent assistance .The health worx only close at 18h00 on a friday and their facility advertise they specialise in emergencies which in my opinion is misleading.My susters condition were very serious and was immediatly admiited into a life healthcare ER facility and from their admited into hospital only due to a doctor who refused treatment she experienced 3 more fits on our way to the hospital.Health worx is pathetic we will definitely think twice in future before we will consider to use your facility ever again.Total joke and lie to think that they are open from 07h00 -18h00 on fridays which includes for emergencies best of it all the facility did not even had 1 single patient in the waiting room.
