Disgusting Doctors

This afternoon I went to Health-Worx Carlswald for my routine checks appointment. When I got there while filling the blood test form, the white lady (receptionist) was rushing me to finish up or stop it. When I ask what's the rush, she told me "you are technically late because you still have to go to the cashier to pay R17 which you owe". And my response was "I do not have a card with me". She told me to go pay first otherwise I will not be attended. Her poor customer service as she could have seen that I'm definitely coming for blood results. Thus I have taken upon myself to go back to my previous GP as they were good to me but off my daily routes. I would not mind getting off the route to get an excellent service. My whole family of 5 has been using the practice for the past 2 years but no service for R17. The whole Midrand will know about this. Do not bother with ******* feedback I do not need it.
