Disgusted!!!!!

I tried to book an appointment for myself as I was not feeling well, some lady called and it was quick, she managed to secure an afternoon appointment. A few minutes later I received another call from Dianne, who has already an attitude an advised about the outstanding amount that I need to pay before I can be assisted, more that anything it was the tone of her voice when she told me that " I am sure its not gonna be a problem to pay the amount" as if she knows my pocket. She made it clear that I will not get assisted until I pay the R 400, I told her that I don't have it right now but have enough saving on my medical aid to pay the doctor and I need to see him as I am not well, that didn't bothered her for a bit and this was not even open for negotiation. Now I have to go and look for another Dr and this DR has got my records and have been consulting with him for the past 7 years over R 400 rand that I cannot pay right now, Pathetic and disgusted!!!!!!!
