Disappointed

Bad service. Went for pregnancy consultation,they did a urine and blood test.I asked questions about my pregnancy the Dr told me to wait for results.He was going to call me,on Monday.I waited for the call for 3 days, Days after I followed up regarding my results,a lady called telling me Im 6-7 weeks pregnant. No other information, And I was expecting the call from the Dr to discuss further about the results and other matters.N I was not satisfied with their service since I did a home pregnancy test early October,n went to them late December.How can I be 6 weeks pregnant? For the consultation fee I paid,Im disappointed.
