DENTIST IS A BULLY WITH NO ASSISTANCE FROM HEALTH WORX!

<p>This is a new establishment, with many ex workers brought over from Medicross. had a bad experience with DR Wilken the dentist, never informed me of the procedures he was about to perform in my mouth, did not give me an injection for pain relief for a root canal, it was a live operation and the most agony i have ever experienced. he is a BULLY, he has no regard for your time, your budget. he and his assistant left my mom standing in the room , without offering who a chair to sit, constantly making her feel unwelcome. this made me feel uneasy. he treated my mother with the most disgraceful disrespect, treated me like a child even though i am a 25 year old woman. i complained to the practice manager on site, her name is Dawn. she told me to write a letter, to forward to her manager, as there was little she could do and was sure her manager would have a solution. Quinton the operations manager then contacted me after much time had gone by, arrogantly informing me that this was Dr Wilkens bed side manner, and not everyone would agree with it, also that he had been working as a dentist for a very long time. he left it at that . i therefore urge everyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTISE as this is the response that you will receive. DONT bother contacting me you have wasted my time already HEALTH WORX. how many more patients are going to get bul**** by this doctor WILKEN stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
