complain about the response servicing

My wife and I went to see a Dr and we were assistant with no problem and blood test were done and promised will get answer and today they call my wife via receptionist and say result are normal, which Test are normal, I mean my wife is still in pain the least they can do is to let us know which test were done and what do the Dr recommend since she cant pick up anything wrong, or is it this about who we are. Am very disapointed that we went there hoping to get some help but after spending money on it we still dont have an answer
