Bad service-HEALth-WorX Medical Centres Randpark ridge

<p>I called Health worx randpark ridge to find out if i can pick up a script later that afternoon . I was assured by the receptionist i would be ready and i should come get it in the afternoon. When i arrived at the HEALth-WorX Medical Centres Randpark ridge I was told sorry the doctor has not done the script. I was alos told there was a 24 hour wait on all scripts. Yet during the phone call nobody mention this to me, i was assured i would get the script. Then i was further told i signed an idenminity that states the 24 hour wait on all scripts. I was further told theres nothing they can do. The most they can do is email the scipt to me. Why was i told to collect the script???...if i make an appointment and cancel I will be charged. It seems as if they are allowed to waste our time and make us drive up and down at their convenice but when it comes to them we have to pay. Very unhappy with service and being told "you signed the indenminity forms" so now its basically my problem and it seemed as if it was used a get out of jail card for health worx when they are in a corner (Very convient excuse)</p>
