Bad Service from Dentist and Facilities manager (Montana)

I went to see their dentist for a cleaning service, the doctor sent me for x-ray, so he could charge me for an unnecessary x-ray. When it came to the cleaning, he scrubbed my gums and left them bleeding without offering me a rinsing aid, he even refused to polish my teeth because according to him they were "clean". I left that medical center confused. An extra charge was not communicated with me. Is it a normal part of cleaning teeth or a money making scheme?

I then sent a complain letter because of the poor service and asked them to refund my medical aid. The total bill for a poor service came to R871 which I paid R180 out of my own pocket. The facilities manager Carin, only took accountability for R220 reimbur*****t of the total amount which was astonishing. I've sent her emails asking specific questions such as: What do I pay for when I come for a wash... 2 months later no response to my questions. The integrity of your dentist Dr Pelser and the facilities management is questionable. Clients are charges so that the medical facility can make money without working for it. This is absolutely disgusting.

I finally got hold of Quentin from HealthWorx who was willing to help but since Carin finally got hold of me, I thought we could settle the matter. She still hasn't responded to my emails.
