Bad Service and Debt Collection

Health Worx Raslouw sent me an SMs indicating that I owe X amount and it should be paid into X banking account. I contacted them via email where I highlighted that the SMS seems ****my and I would like official documentation which they did not provide and continued to hand me over to debt collectors. They have responded to my initial email, however, not to my other emails. They did not provide me with any legal documentation such as a Statement or Invoice and only wants me to pay the said amount into X banking details without providing any form description to what this amount is for. Their communication is poor and their checkout counter/financial lady is truly rude in the practice itself.
