Bad medical service

I was at Health Worx Montana crossing yesterday 4 Decembrer 2022. I am from Groblersdal. I asked for a dr to wash out my ears because I couldnt hear a sound as it was blocked and my family was there for my birthday with us. I waited ages to see the dr. He did not properly examine me. He looked into both ears quickly. I told him one ear channel was painful. He refused to wash out the ears as my GP in Groblersdal would do. He sent me away with a prescription for eardrops and said I should come back on Tuesday. He quickly ushered me out of the door like he had better things to do. I was not even at the home of our host when I got a bill to pay immediately. Double the amount my GP charges for 2 minutes and a prescription. No surprise that the drops did not work and being deaf for most of the 2 days spoiled my whole birthday. I paid the bill immediately although the fees were outrageous. To my big surprise as we were leaving Pretoria at 12:30 today I got an sms demanding payment of the bill I already paid yesterday. They wasted my time and money. They never warned me I got to pay extra because I did not have an appointment or that if they are open Saturdays until 14:00 and I am treated "after hours" and had to pay even more extra. This is a contravention of the Consumer Protection Act. Coupled with the bad service and clueless assistance I am entitled to a total refund. I have lodged a formal complaint by e-mail and if I dont get a refund I am going to report them to the Consumer Ombudsman Rather stay away from Heth Worx Montana. I would not recommend anyone to go there. This is shocking.
