Bad clinic experience and a dr commitment

We are a small community in the free state ( Allebridge ) were by we only have a clinic. But before u can go to a hospital u either need a referal letter from the sister or the dr. That comes ones a week to us. But the best part is u have to make un appointment to see him ( the Dr.) That only stay 5 to 10mins either not see u and leave. Now how the hell do u explaine that. If the staff doesnt want to work they tell u the dr has to do it and when he comes in and walk away and u ask him he tells u the sister or staff has to do it. Its just funny hes being payed for a full day to come to this side but he cant even stay for 10mins. And you just have to except to being ****ed around. To make another appiontment for the following week. Rather not. I just want to no dr, nurses have swear to un oath. But it doesnt meen ****, if they cant even provide the necessary care.
