Appointments made ******* - no security checks

I am extremely discouraged by how healthworx does things.

Months back the father of my child (not in a relationship anymore nor married) booked an appointment with the heathworx doctors in midrand with my details without my knowledge and he never attended the appointment nor cancelled it.

Later on, i received and an SMS stating that i have an outstanding balance with healthworx. I was extremely upset because i do not remember booking an appointment with them. I did my investigations only to find out that healthworx allowed someone to use my personal details to book an appointment with the doctors with my knowledge. Firstly the person who called is a male and my details clearly states that i am a female and i am single, what happened to security checks?. Now they took my personal details to the lawyers saying that i am failing to pay the account. I am receiving calls and letters from the lawyers requesting that i pay the account.

I feel harassed and i have lost trust with heathworx when it comes to keeping clients information confidential and safe.

Please investigate the matter and kindly remove my details from the records of debtors.
