40°C Sick Child Turned away

The one time that i didn't have an appointment for my sick child i was turned away, my child had a fever, temperature was at 40°C they told me straight up that they can't help i asked for atleast a sister nurse to atleast help in breaking the temperature, a very rude receptionist white old lady with black hair stood up and left me just standing there, i left and took my child to Carlswald Mediclinic i was assisted immediately. Healthworx Carlswald can go ahead and burn my family's file i will never set foot there.
