Concern about staff treatment

I'm a regular customer at your Bethal Pick n Pay. On Saturday 16 May I saw a manager shout at a staff member in front of customers after a till mistake. This isn't the first time I've seen this happen.

It was unprofessional and made everyone uncomfortable. Please look into how staff are being managed at this store.
