Health and Squash violates terms of agreement

Details of complaint : I am writing to you to complain about the deception that I have endured at the Health and Squash Club in Northcliff. I believe my rights have been violated.<br> I took out a contract with Health and Squash Club effective 1 September 2013 for a period of 12 months.<br> I found out that the debit order was still effective on my account in November last year. I asked for my debit order to be cancelled and was told that someone from accounts will contact me.<br> I unfortunately did not follow up on this and again earlier this year found that the debit orders were still going through. I then contacted the club and was told that I had to cancel in writing and since they were not informed, they did not cancel the debit order. I did as requested only to find that the gym is still taking money of my account. On the day I sent a follow up mail, I had a call from the Gym asking me if I would like to renew my contract (laughter in the background). I then had an email informing me that I can only get the refund for May and June at the end of June. All I want is my refund from October 2014 to June 2015.
