Worst medical aid ever!!!!
I have been with Resolution Health more than 5 years, and still they treat u like ****! They dont cover any of my medical expenses or prescriptions, although i have a monthly installment of more than R2000p/m which excludes the extra R500 for my chronic medication. This is my monthly expenses to have a medical aid only to cover me,no dependants!!!<br> Also trying to get my medical certificate for the last 3 months....NO response from them whatsoever!!! So....if this is their attitude now....what will it be if I need urgent surgery???? I am SO dissapointed....Resolution Health is the worst medical aid with the worst customer service and the most pathetic response ever!!!!!
