WORST MEDICAL AID EVER!!!
WARNING!!!<br> <br> DO NOT JOIN RESOLUTION MEDICAL AID! This is easily the worst Medical Aid in the country. I got Authorization and Approval for a procedure in December last year, however not even one of the accounts, that were promised to be payed, have been payed by Resolution, while I did pay all the necessary co-payments.<br> <br> Every single time I call them I get a different excuse, I keep getting my time wasted with the phone even being hung up sometimes.<br> <br> I'm going to be forced to pay for the outstanding accounts if they dont pay out as I am being threatened with impending legal action by the doctors that performed the procedure.<br> <br> Im dead serious take this as a warning, dont join Resolution Medical Scheme, because thats all it is a \Scheme\". This company is run by ***** and *********."
