Worst medical aid company EVER

This company is pathetic - At best only 1 out of every 4 claims get paid without having to query and query and query... They even go so far as to state on the statement that the claim is paid but then I get calls from the service provider months later showing that it was never actually paid!!!!! Benefits on dental care are a joke, there is ABSOLUTELY NO customer care when you call or via their email system..... Cannot wait to get myself onto another medical aid.
